    About this recipe: Elegant and easy to make - this is a great recipe for parties or a romantic evening. White chocolate may be drizzled over the milk chocolate for a posh look.

    Serves: 24 

    • 500g milk chocolate, chopped
    • 2 tablespoons butter
    • 500g fresh strawberries with leaves

    1. Insert skewers into the tops of the strawberries.
    2. In a double boiler, melt the chocolate and butter, stirring occasionally until smooth. Holding them by the skewers, dip the strawberries into the chocolate mixture.
    3. Turn the strawberries upside-down and insert the skewer into styrofoam for the chocolate to cool, approximately 30 to 45 minutes.


    Turn the strawberries upside-down and insert by the skewers into a piece of styrofoam for easy cooling, or simply place them on a sheet of greaseproof paper.
