NM Steamed Fish with Ginger and Spring Onion

    • 2 white fish fillets
    • 1 tbsp ginger, sliced
    • Spring onion, finely shredded
    • 2 tbsp light soy sauce
    • 2 tsp dark soy sauce
    • 2 tsp sesame oil

    1. Place fish onto heatproof plate. Add soy sauce and scatter ginger over the top. Steam until cooked through. Heat the sesame oil in a pan and pour over the fish. Scatter over the spring onion.
