NM Chinese greens with oyster sauce

    Serves: 2 

    • 2 garlic cloves, peeled and sliced
    • 1 thumb ginger, shredded
    • Seasonal greens
    • 6 tbsp oyster sauce
    • Olive oil

    Prep:5min  ›  Cook:10min  ›  Ready in:15min 

    1. Heat oil in a large frying pan, and add the garlic and ginger, fry gently until brown.
    2. Meanwhile cook the greens in boiling salted water for 3 to 5 mins, then drain.
    3. Stir oyster sauce into the frying pan, then add the drained greens.
    4. Serve with steamed fish and rice.
