Polish Cake

    10 min

Recipe given to us from my son's form teacher who I think is Polish. Very easy to make no cooking involved. The kids make this every weekend. I used an oblong dish not very deep like a sandwich plate and lined it with baking parchment. I was tempted to use butter but this does not need it, think it may be too rich.

Used different ingredients. When I made this at school we used milk chocolate, and cocoa power works well instead of drinking chocolate.  -  21 Oct 2009
