Chocolate flapjacks

    1 hour 40 min

These flapjacks are a favourite in my household - filling, delicious and they couldn't be easier to make. Vary the recipe by adding cinnamon, ground ginger or different dried fruits.

I followed this to the recipie, and was so easy to do. Although i thought the amount of chocolate was not enough to layer over the top of flapjack. good recipie.  -  04 Sep 2011

Pretty good, other than the volume of oats seems about a third too much (I used 300g, stirring into the mixture, rather than adding the mixture to the oat mountain). Might need more depending on how fine the oats are (I used large flake).  -  05 Dec 2011
