About this recipe: Just three ingredients to make an ideal after-school snack, or serve with soup for a light supper. Kids can easily assemble the quick quesadillas but should get an adult's help popping them under the grill.

fantastic even easy for the kids to either help making or make themselves apart from cooking/grilling them - 10 Feb 2009

I wanted to use up 2 tortillas that were left over. I'm not that keen on salsa but had some in so gave it a try for my lunch. It was delicious! My little girl loved it too. Would be lovely with chicken for a more substantial meal and say served with rice. I will never throw any wraps away again! Thank you. - 27 Jun 2014

Altered ingredient amounts. before making the wraps up a put butter in them to hold it together better and grilled them instead of oven baking but same great kids can't wait to have them again - 10 Feb 2009
