    About this recipe: This light and creamy dressing is perfect for most any salad.

    Ingredients
    Serves: 8 

    • 1 200g pot low fat yoghurt
    • 1 tbsp white wine vinegar
    • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
    • 1 tsp honey
    • 1 1/2 tsp Dijon mustard
    • 1 tbsp chopped fresh dill
    • salt and pepper to taste

    1. In a small bowl, whisk the yogurt, vinegars and honey. Stir in the remaining ingredients. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
