  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 2 slices of bread
  • 1 tablespoon vegtable oil

Prep:5min  ›  Cook:4min  ›  Ready in:9min 

  1. Put the oil into a frying pan and heat the pan
  2. Crack the egg into a small bowl and beat
  3. Beat in the sugar & cinnamon
  4. Cover both sides of the bread with the mixture
  5. Put in the pan and fry untill golden brown
