Really really lovely thank you! And lovely and simple! Although I was (as always) very impatient and couldn't possibly wait the 4 hours. I split the batch into two bowls, stuck one in the fridge to cool for the recommended time and one in the freezer for 25 mins! Patience has never been one of my qualities!
