A hot, sweet chocolate-flavoured drink to serve after dinner when entertaining.

Ingredients

1 pot of hot, freshly brewed coffee
2 sachets of hot chocolate (I like the Tassimo brand)
3 tablespoons of either brandy or whisky
Whipped cream for decoration

Preparation method

1. Pour the sachets of hot chocolate into the coffee and stir well to mix.
2. Add whisky or brandy.
3. Pour into Irish coffee glasses.
4. Top with whipped cream and serve immediately.

    I thought that this might taste odd but it was just basically a boozy cafe mocha. very nice. I used options instant hot chocolate and it turned out fine
