    An easy recipe for parsley sauce to serve with fish.

    • 60g butter
    • 2 tbsp plain flour
    • 250ml hot milk
    • 1 small bunch fresh parsley, washed and chopped

    1. Melt butter in a small saucepan; add flour. Cook, stirring, for 1 minute.
    2. Gradually whisk in hot milk. Cook, stirring, until mixture boils and thickens. Stir in parsley. Season to taste.
