A very simple stir-fry dish. The reason for using only soya sauce for stir-frying cabbage is that it brings out the natural sweetness in the cabbage itself.

This was great! Very tasty. I added chopped up sausages which I fried first. Also, instead of cooking wine, I just used water. And I added approx. 2 tsp of Chinese 5 Spice Powder. Served with basmati rice. Yum. - 11 Sep 2013
