Chocolate Bourbon Biscuits

    35 min

This taste likes the ones from the shop, however the coffee flavour does come through in the filling so you can maybe take that out. Enjoy!

Dough took a bit of kneading to come together, and was a bit crumbly when I rolled it out - I might use a tiny bit of milk or water next time. Biscuits were absolutely gorgeous- really crisp and the filling was really chocolatey - my other half loved them. I ommitted the coffee and only cooked them for 12 minutes which was enough. Will definately use this recipe again.  -  18 Aug 2014

Very delicious. Very cake like. Had to add more butter for the dough to come together. Next time I will roll them out thinner because they are very rich.  -  27 Jun 2016

Not a good recipe, had to add milk and more flour for it all to come together, and in the end, it was more like a cake.  -  24 Feb 2014
