About this recipe:This dish is a favourite with my family. The sesame flavour is enhanced with orange and ginger. Great served with rice and broccoli.
60ml orange juice
60ml soy sauce
60ml sesame oil
1 teaspoon caster sugar
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
6 sole fillets, or any other white fish

Stir the orange juice, soy sauce, sesame oil, sugar, garlic and ginger in a 22x33cm baking dish until combined. Add the sole fillets, turning once to evenly coat. Cover the dish with clingfilm, and marinate in the refrigerator at least 30 minutes.
Preheat an oven to 220 C / Gas mark 7.
Bake in the preheated oven until the fish flakes easily with a fork, 9 to 11 minutes.
