    • Chicken or pork, or beef
    • Pepper
    • Pakchoi
    • Onion
    • Ginger
    • Garlic
    • Cashew nuts
    • Noodles
    • Beansprouts
    • Optional: Some Chinese sauce of your choice

    1. Chop up Pepper, Pakchoi, Onion, Chicken, Ginger, Garlic.
    2. Put oil, Ginger and Garlic in the wok.
    3. Put in the Chicken.
    4. Put in the Pepper Cashew Nuts and Onion.
    5. Put the Pakchoi and Bean sprouts in.
    6. Put in the Noodles and mix in sauce.
