4 large white potatoes, peeled and sliced 2-3mm thick
2 medium onions, chopped or sliced
salt and pepper to taste

Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium high heat. Add potatoes, onions, salt and pepper; cover with a lid. Cook for 15 to 20 minutes, stirring and flipping the potatoes every so often so the potatoes do not burn. Add more olive oil if necessary. Potatoes are finished when the fork goes in easily and breaks up the potato
Add Worcester sauce once potatoes are cooked. The amount you add is dependent on taste. Worcestershire sauce can be added individually at the table if preferred.
