About this recipe:
This is a family favourite, that is easy to make and yummy with salads, stews and casseroles.
125g mature cheddar cheese, grated
1 teaspoon mixed herbs (thyme, basil, sage)
- Grease twelve custard cups, or muffin tins.
- Beat eggs and milk.
- Add all other ingredients, batter may be lumpy
- Pour into cups or tins.
- Place in cold oven, and turn to 230 C / Gas mark 8.
- Bake 30 minutes, turn off oven and let them stay in the oven for 10 more minutes.
- Serve immediately.
