This fresh chorizo is delicious, easy to make and way better than shop bought. I keep some in the freezer at all times for a quick and easy breakfast with scrambled eggs and cheese. Enjoy!

Hi Anne, I am very new to sausage making, so new I have not started yet. Just looking at trying this recipe and need to know at what stage do you fill the casings. I am assuming the sausages can then be frozen. Help please. Star rating is on the look and not yet the taste - 04 May 2018
