This cake is moist and creamy. At the same time, you can taste and smell of almond and apple too. Suitable for tea time & parties.

This has to be one of my best sponge cake recipes I have ever done it was so yummy too definately recommend this one I also followed a tip to chop the apple and put in the mixture rather than slicing the apple and placing at the bottom definately think it worked well,have I got time to finish it off before the kids come home from school LOL - 12 Sep 2011
