    About this recipe: There's an abundance of fruit in this drink: banana, strawberries, kiwi, pineapple and orange. It's a quick and easy way to get your 5 a day.

    Ingredients
    Serves: 2 

    • 6 strawberries
    • 1 banana
    • 1 kiwi fruit
    • 100g frozen yoghurt or light vanilla ice cream
    • 80ml pineapple juice
    • 100ml orange juice

    1. Place the banana, strawberries, kiwi, frozen yoghurt and juices in a blender. Blend until smooth.
