    About this recipe: A favourite summertime breakfast of ours. Fruity and refreshing, and low fat!!

    Ingredients
    Serves: 2 

    • 1 (425g) tin pineapple with juice
    • 200g natural yogurt
    • 1 banana
    • 8 cubes ice
    • 250ml orange juice

    Method

    1. Combine undrained tin of pineapples, yoghurt, banana and ice cubes in a blender. Blend while adding orange juice until fruit is pureed and it is the desired consistency.

    this was the first smoothie we had made and it worked nicely, only added about 100-150ml of orange though - 08 Nov 2009
