Add the flour into a large mixing bowl, then sprinkle on the sugar, salt and easy blend yeast. Make a well in centre and pour the hand hot water.
Then take a wooden spoon and begin to mix the warm liquid into the flour gradually to form the dough. The exact amount of water you'll need will depend on the flour. Finish off by mixing with your hands, until you have a smooth dough, that leaves the bowl clean, there should be not bits the flour or dough, anyway its better to have too much water than too little
Transfer the dough to a flat surface and stretch it out into an oblong, and fold the edge into a centre and the other over that.
Fit the dough into the tin. Sprinkle surface with a generous dusting flour, then cover the tin with a clean cloth and leave it to rise into a warm palce for 30-40 min.
Preheat the oven at 200 C or gas mark 6. When the dough has risen to the top of bread tins bake for 40 min. If is ready will sound hollow. Cool the bread on a wire rack.
