Kate's BBQ Marinade

    Rosemary, garlic and lemon marinade. Nice and easy!

    Ingredients
    Serves: 4 

    • 2 large handfuls fresh Rosemary, pounded
    • 6 cloves of garlic crushed
    • 10 slugs of olive oil
    • 3 lemons (halved, juiced and skins squashed)
    • Freshly ground black pepper

    Method

    1. Pound the Rosemary, crush the garlic, add 10 slugs of olive oil, halve the lemons, juice them and squash the skins. Mix together and massage onto the meat of your choice e.g. lamb cubed for kebabs or pork. Leave to marinade – covered with clingfilm over night in a fridge.
