Melon and Prosciutto
- 1 chilled cantaloupe melon - cut into 8 wedges, seeds removed
- 8 thin slices prosciutto

- Remove the rind of the cantaloupe and wrap each piece of melon with a slice of the ham. Secure with a cocktail stick and serve.
This was delicious. Added some chocolate mint I had in the garden. Eaten cold its very refreshing for a sunny afternoon - 06 Jul 2009
