About this recipe: This classic, easy summer recipe features juicy cantaloupe and salty Italian prosciutto ham. Just cut the cantaloupe into bite-size pieces, wrap them with good quality prosciutto and spear them on cocktail sticks for a colourful starter!


Serves: 8 

  • 1 chilled cantaloupe melon - cut into 8 wedges, seeds removed
  • 8 thin slices prosciutto

Prep:5min  ›  Ready in:5min 

  1. Remove the rind of the cantaloupe and wrap each piece of melon with a slice of the ham. Secure with a cocktail stick and serve.
