Garlic Chicken

    This is great for people on diets and saves you having to eat the burgers and sausages ... great with a mixed salad. Leave it as strips or cut up into smaller chunks after cooking. You can experiment with the marinade I sometimes add a splash of basalmic vinegar.

    Serves: 2 

    • 2 large chicken breasts
    • 2 cloves of garlic, squashed
    • 4 - 6 tablespoons of worcestershire sauce
    • a dash of virgin olive oil
    • salt
    • pepper

    1. Grab 2 large chicken breasts. With a pair of scissors cut them into half inch wide strips.
    2. For for marinade: Mix 2 cloves of squashed garlic, 4 - 6 tablespoons of worcestershire sauce, a dash of virgin olive oil, a dash of grind up rock salt and pepper.
    3. Place the chicken in marinade and leave overnight.
    4. Cook on barbi till cooked only a few minutes eat while hot or cold.
