Pork noisettes, pork escalopes, pork boneless chops, pork tenderloin. Whatever you have, you can transform them into these tasty easy schnitzels. Very nice with cauliflower cheese and new potatoes.

Thanks for this delicious simple recipe. Ive used different recipes for pork tenderloin and chops but my family keep wanting me to go back to this one. Ive experimented with different spices and they all work well. A matter of personal taste.  -  12 Dec 2013
