About this recipe:
An easy to make delicious salmon dish. Delicious, makes a change from sausages and burgers.
4 tbs soy sauce
4 tbs dry sherry
2 tbs brown sugar
1 tbs vegetable / sunflower oil
1 teaspoon mustard powder
1 teaspoon ground ginger
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1kg salmon fillet
ground black pepper

- Place the soy sauce, sherry, sugar, oil, mustard powder, ginger and ground black pepper in a bowl and mix well.
- Place the salmon in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over the fish. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour, turning occasionally.
- Cook the fish on the barbecue for 3 to 4 minutes per side, or until cooked through and tender.
