Tangy Potato Salad

    An easy to make delicious potato salad which is best served chilled

    Ingredients
    Serves: 8 

    • 500g salad potatoes
    • 10 spring onions sliced into thin strips
    • 8 tbsp Low fat salad cream to bind
    • 1-2 tbsp Schwartz Bacon flavour bits salad topping
    • a handful of chopped chives

    Method
    Prep:15min  ›  Cook:20min  ›  Ready in:35min 

    1. Boil the potatoes in lightly salted boiling water for 20 mins or until tender, drain and leave to cool
    2. Place cooled potatoes in a large mixing bowl
    3. Add the salad cream, spring onions and chives
    4. Top with the Schwartz Bacon Flavour bits salad topping
    5. Cover with film and chill until required
