Mat Armett's Garlic butter prawns

    Almost identical in taste to the best italian restaurant in my area, my recipe is loved by all! I decorate the serving plates with a little extra dried Parsley round the edges.

    Serves: 2 

    • 200g King Prawns
    • 1 tbsp Olive oil
    • 100g Butter
    • 2 cloves Garlic (chopped)
    • 1/2 tbsp Garlic puree
    • 1/4 tsp Dried Parsley

    Prep:10min  ›  Cook:10min  ›  Ready in:20min 

    1. Defrost the King prawns.
    2. Put the Olive oil, Butter, Garlic, Garlic puree and dried Parsley into a frying pan and heat until bubbling.
    3. Fry the King prawns for 10 minutes and serve

    This is one of my favourite dishes and have it quite regularly. I have also used the garlic butter with chicken and it is equally as tasty.  -  15 May 2014
