Something else. Added paprika to the breadcrumbs which gave it a slightly different slant. Part fried it so the breadcrumbs were golden and then put it in the oven for 20 mins whilst I fryed courgetts in butter with chopped fresh chilli and garlic and served with freshly boiled rice...very tasty! - 14 Jul 2010
