    This is delicious for breakfast, snack, even for a dessert! Use your favourite fruit, or whatever is in season.

    Ingredients
    Serves: 1 

    • 200g yoghurt
    • 60g granola
    • 8 blackberries

    Method
    Prep:5min  ›  Ready in:5min 

    1. In a glass, layer 1/2 the yoghurt, 1/2 the granola and 4 of the blackberries. Repeat layers and enjoy!

    I had a parfait like this at a hotel once and have made them at home ever since. Try a mix of blackberries, raspberries, and blueberries on the bottom, a cup of plain lowfat yogurt, a handful of golden raisins, and top with granola.     Great for breakfast! I used fat free greek vanilla yogurt and used a mix of blackberries, strawberries and blueberries. I topped it with a little wheat germ and honey. Very good and good for you too!  -  24 May 2010  (Review from Allrecipes US | Canada)
