    Serves: 8 

    • 1 500ml tub creme fraiche
    • 1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
    • 1 tablespoon grated lemon zest
    • 1 tablespoon golden syrup
    • 8 tablespoons digestive biscuit crumbs
    • 2 ripe mangoes, chopped

    1. Combine the creme fraiche, nutmeg, lemon zest and golden syrup in a bowl and whip to combine.
    2. Lay out 8 glasses. Start with a layer of the creme fraiche mixture, then 1/2 a tablespoon of digestive crumbs, then a sprinkling of chopped mango. Repeat layers once more. Chill until serving.
