About this recipe:We always have loads of sausages left after a weekend bbq, and this is a great way of 'wow'-ing them up into something exciting.
1 packet pasta (penne, swirls...whatever)
3-5 cooked bbq sausages
1 med onion
500ml prepared bechamel (white sauce)
100ml full fat milk
grated cheese for top

Cook the pasta in salted boiling water. Chop mushrooms, bbq sausages and onion, fry in a little bit of olive oil. Add the bechamel sauce and extra milk, and stir through. Stir sauce mixture into cooked pasta. Place in baking dish, top with cheese. Set oven to 180 C / Gas 4. Bake for 20 - 30 minutes, until cheese is melted and browning.
