    Prep:15min  ›  Cook:25min  ›  Ready in:40min

    1. Stir together all base ingredients until it's a dough that doesn't stick to you too much when you pick it up.
    2. Oil a round pizza tray, put dough in middle. Work it out from the middle to make a round pizza base.
    3. Spread on tomato puree and pesto, then add slices of onion, as it burns easy if you put it on the top of the cheese. Then add cheese and all your favourite toppings.
    4. Cook for approx 25 mins on oven 220 C / Gas 7, or until cheese is melting and bubbly and edge of base looks golden.
    5. Ta daaaa! Serve with home made chips and baked beans, mmmmmm.
