About this recipe: I noticed that using hands is better for seperating egg whites from yolk.

Serves: 20 

  • 3 egg whites
  • 500ml golden syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 200g icing sugar
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract

Prep:15min  ›  Ready in:15min 

  1. In a large bowl combine egg whites, golden syrup and salt then beat with mixer on high speed for 10 minutes or until thick.
  2. Add icing sugar and beat on low speed until blended.
  3. Beat in vanilla until blended.
