About this recipe: It came from my auntie's friends grandma that lives in Rome.

Serves: 5 

  • 500g of steak minced beef
  • 1 large onion
  • Half of a red pepper
  • Half green pepper
  • 2 rashers of smoked bacon(Finely Diced)
  • 5 Mushrooms(Chopped) (Optinal)
  • 2 Tins of chopped tomatos
  • Half a cup of Tomato Frito
  • 1 Beef Stock Cube
  • 3 tea spoons of bisto granules
  • 2 Tea Spoons of Olive Oil

Prep:10min  ›  Cook:45min  ›  Ready in:55min 

  1. Step One: Fry onions, peppers, mushrooms, bacon and olive oil for a few minutes
  2. Step Two: Add mince, tomatos, tomato frito and beef stock cube
  3. Step Three: Bring to the boil and then reduce to low heat adding lid to pot and cook for 45 minutes
  4. Step Four: Add Bisto Granules to required sauce thickness
  5. Step Five: Serve with spaghetti/pasta
  6. Step Six: Enjoy!
