Serves:

500g of steak minced beef
1 large onion
Half of a red pepper
Half green pepper
2 rashers of smoked bacon(Finely Diced)
5 Mushrooms(Chopped) (Optinal)
2 Tins of chopped tomatos
Half a cup of Tomato Frito
1 Beef Stock Cube
3 tea spoons of bisto granules
2 Tea Spoons of Olive Oil

Step One: Fry onions, peppers, mushrooms, bacon and olive oil for a few minutes
Step Two: Add mince, tomatos, tomato frito and beef stock cube
Step Three: Bring to the boil and then reduce to low heat adding lid to pot and cook for 45 minutes
Step Four: Add Bisto Granules to required sauce thickness
Step Five: Serve with spaghetti/pasta
Step Six: Enjoy!
