Sausage casserole with mash and red wine

Sausage casserole with mash and red wine

About this recipe: Well I fancied making a sausage casserole of my own and just threw a load of stuff together and the results were better than I thought - very tasty, filling and easy and quick to make. I'd recommend it to anyone whether you cook a lot or not or even if you aren't a good cook like me.
