This is melt in the mouth! This pork fillet, or tenderloin, soaks up the yummy juices as it cooks. Make sure to serve the juices on the side - it's amazing! This recipe is so simple, you will love it!
Used different ingredients. Did not have onion soup or wine but did have the loin joint. Used gravy granules with bullion cube. Chopped up an onion and sprinkled round the meat and spread some sage & onion stuffing mix on the top. Result was gorgeous but its all a matter of individual tastes. - 18 Oct 2010
I made this recipe for my daughter, partner and M.I.L, (I am veggie) they all loved it and said the meat was nice and tender. It was so quick and easy to do, within 5 minutes it was in the slow cooker and cooking. I did add some gravey granules to it at the end as it was too watery for us. We ate it with mash, cabbage, peas and carrots. I will definately make this again. - 13 Dec 2009
