Magnificent mummy mince

    7 hours 10 min

I have made up this great slow cooker recipe that can be made in bulk to make portions to freeze. We use as a one-pot meal to put into tacos; in wraps; on pizza; on toast. Its so versatile, so easy, so cheap, so healthy ! You can easily vary what is added.

nice and easy and tasty, ideal to use up spare ingredients that otherwise mite go to waste  -  02 Feb 2013

This is a really nice way to use mince and to add to my ever-growing slowcooker recipes. We added mild chilli beans instead of baked beans and served on nacho chips - the kids loved it. Great way to get iron into fussy little people. Thanks for this - I wouldn't have thought to have used mince in the slowcooker  -  22 Jul 2009  (Review from Allrecipes AU | NZ)

A delicious way to get kids to eat their veges without realising they're doing so and perfect for freezing. Yum, thanks!  -  18 Jul 2009  (Review from Allrecipes AU | NZ)
