I've made this tuna pasta bake with light soured cream and light mayonnaise with equally good results. At home, I serve it with a salad a quick dinner.

Recipe provided by:

Allrecipes

Ingredients

350ml soured cream
8 tablespoons mayonnaise
125ml milk
4 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
900g cooked small pasta shells
175g fresh broccoli florets
2 (185g) tins tuna, drained and flaked
75g chopped red pepper
50g sliced spring onions

Preparation method

1. In a large bowl, combine the first seven ingredients; stir until smooth. Stir in the pasta, broccoli, tuna, red pepper and onions. transfer to a greased 2 ltr. baking dish. Cover and bake at 180 C / Gas 4 for 40-45 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
