About this recipe:I've made this tuna pasta bake with light soured cream and light mayonnaise with equally good results. At home, I serve it with a salad a quick dinner.
350ml soured cream
8 tablespoons mayonnaise
4 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
900g cooked small pasta shells
175g fresh broccoli florets
2 (185g) tins tuna, drained and flaked
75g chopped red pepper
50g sliced spring onions

In a large bowl, combine the first seven ingredients; stir until smooth. Stir in the pasta, broccoli, tuna, red pepper and onions. transfer to a greased 2 ltr. baking dish. Cover and bake at 180 C / Gas 4 for 40-45 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
Great basis for a lovely meal.
I added a touch of chilli powder, more milk and less pasta like the previous reviewers. Would definitely have again and add some sweetcorn. Perfect for using up any veg and spare sour cream you have in your fridge.
