About this recipe: A sweet and sour side dish that's really nice with roast meats or sausage. Tastes better after day two, and freezes well.
I reduced the vinegar to 150ml and added a handful of raisins and it was really good. My husband loved it and it's very tasty cold as a pickle. Would probably add a bit more spice next time. There will definitely be a next time though. - 16 Oct 2012
