Chicken Tikka Kebabs

    50 min

These are very tasty, they're the next best thing to takeaway kebabs, probably much healthier too! My little girl thinks there a hit!

Used yellow onion instead of green and coated the peppers and onion in tikka too before grilling by hand so they had a light coat, gave them a lovely flavour. Really nice, will definitely make again, and made enough for a few days lunches as well.  -  15 Jun 2014
