Used different ingredients. If you want a scottish twist, you can replace the sausage with haggis. Very delicious! - 04 Aug 2010

As an alternative to ready stuffed joints I made these for Sunday lunch - they went down a treat, were really tasty and easy to prepare. I used flavoured sausages and just added a few sliced spring onions - they worked really well and didn't detract from the chicken or bacon flavours at all. I'll definitely do these again and would have no hesitation serving them up at a dinner party either - easy win! - 05 Mar 2012
