About this recipe: I absolutely love frittatas; so much easier than quiche, and healthier, too. This is a very simple frittata with only three ingredients besides the egg. The flavours are bold, so you don't need to embellish it with much of anything - but do experiment and add some chopped fresh herbs if desired.

Absolutely delicious,I had to use tuna in place of salmon but it worked,it was really tasty.Im not a big egg lover but I will definitely be making frittatas again,yummy. - 07 May 2014
