    About this recipe: This is a very cheap, tasty and filling meal ,ideal for families! Ingredients can be adapted to make more and you won't have to make a roux so saves a lot of time and hassle!

    Serves: 2 

    • 350g (12 oz) macaroni
    • 175ml (6 fl oz) double cream
    • 60g (2 oz) grated parmesan
    • 60g (2 oz) grated cheddar
    • pinch of salt and pepper

    Method
    Prep:15min  ›  Cook:15min  ›  Ready in:30min 

    1. Cook the macaroni for 12 minutes.
    2. In another large saucepan, bring the cream to the boil, stir in the cheeses and season with salt and pepper to suit.
    3. When the macaroni is cooked, drain and fold through the cream cheese sauce.
