    About this recipe: Great for using up leftover chicken or pork, and vegetables that are looking lost at the bottom of the fridge. Adjust the amounts according to taste!!

    Ingredients
    Serves: 2 

    • 1 onion, chopped
    • 1/2 red pepper, chopped
    • 2 chicken breasts, or pork, chopped
    • 2 handfuls of peas
    • 100g (uncooked weight) cooked rice/cooked noodles
    • 1 tablespoons light soy sauce
    • 2 tablespoons sweet chilli sauce

    Method
    Prep:10min  ›  Cook:10min  ›  Ready in:20min 

    1. Fry onion and red pepper in a little oil until soft.
    2. Add chopped chicken/pork, peas and cooked rice/noodles, mix together and heat though. Add salt and pepper to taste.
    3. Put in a good couple of shakes of soy sauce and sweet chilli sauce (according to your taste) mix well.
    4. Eat!

    Something else. I left out the pea's!Don't like them in dishes like this!Still very tasty though.I also used a whole red pepper instead of just half!  -  11 May 2010
