    About this recipe: A wonderful savoury lassi to accompany your favourite curry.

    Serves: 2 

    • 200g natural yogurt
    • 125ml water
    • 125ml milk
    • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
    • 1 teaspoon chopped fresh coriander leaves
    • 2/3 teaspoon salt
    • 1 pinch black pepper

    1. Combine the yoghurt, water, milk, cumin, coriander, salt and pepper in a blender, and blend until smooth. Serve plain or over ice.
