Making this for the second time, as the first for Christmas last year was so yummy. Didn't change any of the ingredients really, however I did use a mix of chocolate drops and bars of dark chocolate as I only had just over 100g of Chocolate drop. Also I cut in to 25 little squares as I think that's a sufficient portion. Oh and I decorated with a little square of orange peel from a bag of mixed peel.

Super easy! If you line the pan with enough parchment to cover the sides and bottom with a little extra to fold over the pan's edges, you can easily lift the fudge out of the pan when you're ready to cut it into squares. I cut it with a pizza cutter which made it very easy, and the pan didn't need to be washed!!
