Tip:
When serving a crowd, arrange squares on a serving platter and lightly dust with cocoa powder. Garnish with strips of orange zest.
Making this for the second time, as the first for Christmas last year was so yummy. Didn't change any of the ingredients really, however I did use a mix of chocolate drops and bars of dark chocolate as I only had just over 100g of Chocolate drop. Also I cut in to 25 little squares as I think that's a sufficient portion. Oh and I decorated with a little square of orange peel from a bag of mixed peel.
Used different ingredients.
this was a yummy orange chocolate treat I used 1.5 tsp of orange flavour instead of grated orange peel (just easier) i didn't have problems with it being soft
Altered ingredient amounts.
Absolutely adore this quick n easy recipe, although I now double the amount of orange and nuts which I highly recommend! Tastes fabulous with macadamia's also! Love ya work. Cheers Cath
Super easy! If you line the pan with enough parchment to cover the sides and bottom with a little extra to fold over the pan's edges, you can easily lift the fudge out of the pan when you're ready to cut it into squares. I cut it with a pizza cutter which made it very easy, and the pan didn't need to be washed!!
