This is an easy to make treat with minimal cooking I make with my daughters (age 3 and 16 months). The youngest likes cleaning out the bowls and whisks.

Bring the double cream to the boil using a microwave or hob then take off the heat.
Break up the white chocolate into small pieces in a bowl and pour the cream over the choc. Stir occasionally until all chocolate is melted. Allow to cool but not set.
Add the soft cheese and blend. Spoon into ramekins. Add fruit for decoration. Chill in fridge for at least two hours preferably overnight. ENJOY!
