Sieve plain flour into a large bowl. Add butter into the bowl and rub till resembles breadcrumbs. Mix in sugar, egg white and enough orange juice to form a soft dough. Knead on a lightly floured surface until smooth.
Roll out dough fine. Stamp out as many Christmas tree shapes as possible. Transfer the Christmas tree shapes onto 2 baking trays. Using a piping nozzle, stamp out three holes in the Christmas trees. (Remember not to use parchment or else the sweets will stick!) Cut each fruit sweet into 3 and place in each hole. Bake in oven for 15 minutes until the Christmas trees are golden and the sweets have melted.
